Billy is an adorable little scamp who turned up at his caregivers door and has demanded lots of petting and loving ever since. He will be getting neutered and his basic shots soon. Billy has a lovely orange striped coat that he keeps well groomed. He has been an indoor/outdoor guy but is litter trained and does well with other kitties. Billy has not been around many dogs and gives them a wide berth but he loves children. If you are ready to have a good snuggle, adopt Billy and take him home with you.
